Rima will be traveling from Dec 31 - Jan 24. Her Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursday classes will resume January 26. Sunday classes will be taught by Erin Ingham throughout January.
Hatha Yoga with Matt Galvano

*TEEN COMEDY CLASS/CLOWN PATROL
Acting improvisation and clown work for 13-17yr olds.

Wednesdays after school 4:00-5:45pm

This is an acting class with an emphasis on physical comedy and learning "clown". The techniques we teach are basic theatre skills, theatre games, and learning comedic timing and how to use it in scene work. Students perform their own work at the end of the program.

Let your creative actor blossom! Participants jam in theatre games, improvisational scene of all genres. Improves motor and verbal coordination and quick thinking, builds confidence, creativity and pure fun for 2009! We need all the laughter we can give! No experience necessary but professionals invited.

Sacred Dance Jam is a forum wherein we focus our attention and intention towards devotional practice. Through the media of music, movement and voice, we create the ritual of the moment in spontaneity and from deep inner intimacy. Creative Dance Improvisation with Jean Tobias
In this class we allow time for explorations and discoveries that arise out of the movement work to be expressed. Diana Lightmoon, a psychotherapist and body worker who will help facilitate the class.

yogamoves teaches yoga as mindfulness, refining the skills necessary to become more subtle human beings. In all classes the seeds of meditation are planted within the practice of postures. We teach precision of alignment combined with flowing sequences of postures. Attention is given to the lyrical, dance-like quality of yoga to promote the grace, awareness and beauty of the body's inner form.
